★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beati loro che alla fine del mese hanno uno stipendio!!!!! Devi prendere un ticket online e ti devi svegliare alla 6:00 del mattino e magari anche senza riuscirci. Le prenotazioni per le volture è un servizio non più contemplato e neanche avvisano come provvedere per cui telefoni e non ti risponde nessuno. Una vergogna!!!! -5 stelle!
Blessed are they who have a salary at the end of the month !!!!! You have to get a ticket online and you have to wake up at 6:00 in the morning and maybe even fail. Reservations for transfers is a service that is no longer contemplated and does not even advise how to provide for which you call and no one answers you. A shame!!!! -5 stars!

N.B. ricordatevi di portare tante monete perché potrebbero servirvi per fare in loco delle fotocopie. C'è una gettoniera solo a monete e costano € 0,25 l'una. Venite di prima mattina per non rischiare l'affollamento e portatevi un bancomat perché i servizi non si pagano in contanti......
Volture x succession. A simple practice, just a form to fill and deliver the documents. N.B. remember to bring lots of coins because you may need them to make photocopies on site. There is a coin acceptor only with coins and they cost € 0.25 each. Come early in the morning to avoid crowding and bring an ATM because the services are not paid in cash ...

I found some very helpful staff from the information office to the technicians. The only flaw is that it is very difficult to find a date available online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio agli utenti. Al telefono non rispondono mai. L'invio del fax e dell'email viene "rigettato" come insistente. Ho richiesto una semplice planimetria d'impianto a luglio 2021. Mi hanno chiesto il pagamento di 32 euro a settembre. Siamo ad ottobre ancora non e' stata ne' consegnata su cartaceo, ne' inviata per email o Pec. impossibile contattarli tramite centralino.
Bad service to users. They never answer the phone. The sending of the fax and email is "rejected" as insistent. I requested a simple plant plan in July 2021. They asked me to pay 32 euros in September. We are in October yet it has not been delivered on paper, nor sent by email or Pec. impossible to contact them via the switchboard.
