I was there for a Fiat appeal, and after a bad experience years ago with my old Alfa156 I have to say that the situation has improved. The welcome is fast, job done in an hour, in the compressed good experience.

mio caso il lavoro seppur molto semplice non è stato sistemato a primo colpo per una banalità (non è stato fatto spurgo circuito raffreddamento dopo sostituzione di un tubo). Cmq quando sono tornato mi hanno fatto passare davanti a tutti, sistemato il lavoro e chiesto scusa per il disagio. Non è economico ma si sa, è un'officina ufficiale.

In my case the work, although very simple, was not fixed at first sight for a banality (no cooling circuit was made after replacing a tube). Anyway when I came back they made me pass in front of everyone, fixed the job and apologized for the inconvenience. It's not cheap but you know, it's an official workshop.
