★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire..è Equitalia.. per chi non lo sapesse e loro se ne guardano bene dal pubblicizzare la cosa, se avete un'auto con fermo amministrativo potete farla rottamare, a differenza di qualche anno fa..fate richiesta e in 2 mesi vi siete tolti un peso
 What can I say..It is Equitalia .. for the uninitiated and they are careful not to advertise it, if you have a car with an administrative stop you can have it scrapped, unlike a few years ago..you request and in 2 months you took a burden

Impiegati così così, a seconda di chi ti capita; i più giovani sulla difensiva, con un fare un po' autoritario (brr... che paura!) che nasconde sovente approssimazione e scarsa preparazione. CVD: solo al quarto accesso, dopo avere ricevuto il pagamento, la spett. Agenzia ci rende edotti dell'esistenza di un fermo amministrativo, in prima battuta espressamente negato. Pollice verso sotto ogni profilo...
Sordid location. Work this way, depending on who you happen to; the younger ones on the defensive, with a somewhat authoritarian attitude (brr ... what a fear!) which often hides approximation and poor preparation. CVD: only on the fourth access, after receiving the payment, the spect. Agency makes us aware of the existence of an administrative detention, at first expressly denied. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante Equitalia in sé meriterebbe solo fango e nonostante il brutto palazzone buio e nascosto della periferia modenese dove sono entrato, devo dire che gli impiegati sono stati cortesi ed esaudienti. 0 stelle a Equitalia ma non lo conto. 1 al luogo e 5 agli impiegati.
Despite Equitalia in itself deserves only mud and despite the ugly dark and hidden tower block on the outskirts of Modena where I entered, I must say that the employees were courteous and exhaustive. 0 stars in Equitalia but I don't count it. 1 at the site and 5 at the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivato e non c'era nessun cliente e almeno 7/8 impiegati,mi hanno detto che si entra su appuntamento...stavo per andare via ma poi mi hanno fatto entrare.
I arrived and there was no customer and at least 7/8 employees, they told me that you can enter by appointment ... I was about to leave but then they let me in.

Già non è un bel posto per i cittadini, inoltre il personale è scortese e arrogante.
Ti fanno pesare il fatto che non si comprendono alcune cose incalzando i tuoi errori senza permetterti di spiegare bene i tuoi dubbi o problemi.
Rudeness and bullying reign.
Already not a nice place for citizens, plus the staff are rude and arrogant.
They make you weigh the fact that you do not understand some things by pressing your mistakes without allowing you to explain your doubts or problems well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 min al telefono a spingere dei numeri per non risolvete nulla. Si dovrebbe fare piazza pulita e ricominciare da zero con modalità più semplici, logiche e veloci. Solita burocrazia all’italiana che invece di diminuire aumenta. È inutile bisogna andarsene da questo paese gestito malissimo!
20 min on the phone to push numbers to solve nothing. You should make a clean sweep and start from scratch with simpler, more logical and faster ways. Usual Italian-style bureaucracy that instead of decreasing increases. It is useless to leave this badly managed country!
