Mi sono recata per una commissione che richiedeva discrezione (pillola del giorno dopo).La farmacista dopo aver giustamente chiesto se ero maggiorenne (ho 35 anni), ha moralizzato sul perché e sul per come della mia richiesta, cercando supporto dalla collega e suggerendomi metodi contraccettivi più idonei, senza peraltro sapere se l'acquisto era per me o le dinamiche del caso. L'ho salutata ringraziandola della sua inopportuna premura, dicendo che sono informata sulle possibilità a mia disposizione e i miei diritti. Di donna e di cliente.
Incredibile come un operatore da banco si permetta di essere di sua sponte così invadente e anziché aiutare il cliente lo metta in difficoltà. Non tornerò mai più e suggerisco che ha esigenze simili a me a non recarsi in questa farmacia.

Ogni volta che vado per prendere qualcosa, ci devo ritornare perché è da prenotare.
Inoltre chiedo un farmaco per aerosol e si consulta davanti a me con l' altra dicendogli se poteva darmelo senza ricetta e gli risponde di dirmi che non ne avevano.
E poi molto sgarbate.
