★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale sgarbato, comportamento inqualificabile. Sono stata derisa e sbeffeggiata per aver richiesto degli aghi che a loro dire non ero in grado di utilizzare. Hanno fatto commenti e battutine umilianti nei miei confronti, invece di fare il loro lavoro e servire me e gli altri clienti. Una scena veramente vergognosa. Non tornerò più e di sicuro non la consiglierò. Peccato perché è molto comoda e aperta praticamente sempre.
Rude staff, unspeakable behavior. I was mocked and mocked for asking for needles which they said I was unable to use. They made humiliating comments and jokes towards me instead of doing their job and serving me and other customers. A truly shameful scene. I will not go back and for sure will not recommend it. Ho letto che viene apprezzata soprattutto per l'accessibilità a qualsiasi orario, ma credo che i requisiti di cui sopra siano più importanti. Non tornerò nè la consiglierò.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia conosciutissima soprattutto per i suoi orari (in pratica è sempre aperta) e per la disponibilità a fare praticamente ogni servizio accessorio utile per il cittadino (ad esempio, fin dall'inizio è stata una delle prime a fare tamponi rapidi e sierologici anti-COVID). Spesso è affollata: se c'è fila, suggerisco di metter dentro il naso, prendere il numerino appena dentro dalla porta e tornare ad aspettare all'esterno. In generale, comunque, l'attesa è ripagata dalla grande disponibilità di prodotti e dai tanti servi offerti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fidatevi dei tamponi fatti qui, da loro il risultato è stato "debolmente positivo" a casa il risultato è sempre negativo da 5 giorni.
Alla richiesta di rifare il test a mie spese il farmacista è stato tutt'altro che comprensivo.
Non sono nemmeno state rispettate le tempistiche scritte nel foglietto illustrativo che sconsigliano di guardare un risultato 20 minuti dopo dal test.
MA Chissà forse qualche tampone deve risultare positivo per non perdere il business?
