Probably, the employee to whom I spoke is racist as she was extremely rude to me. After I'd bought some pills, I asked her politely for a glass of water.She told me that she buys water for herself and to go to the bar next door if I needed a glass of water.I was socked. I asked her to talk with the manager.
She refused to answer to me. Instead of apologizing, she was speaking loudly and rudely to me.
Another employee told me that the owner(a doctor) can't be bothered as he lives in Bologna. It's absolutely outrages what happened.
Water must be in any pharmacy for clients.
The employees must address respectfully to their clients.
