★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia banca, con la quale mi trovavo benissimo, si e’ trasformata in bper banca dove ho trovato solo persone maleducate, scontrose, nessuno che saluta quando entri, ti fanno le operazioni come se ti facessero un piacere, in sintesi sto facendo le pratiche per cambiare banca e la sconsiglio vivamente
My bank, with which I was very well, turned into a bank where I found only rude, grumpy people, no one who greets when you enter, they do the operations as if they were doing you a pleasure, in summary I am doing the practices to change bank and I strongly advise against it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irrispettosi. Ho rifatto la fila tre volte perché non sapevano in che modo accogliere la mia richiesta. Dopo buoni 40 minuti di attesa mi son sentita dire "finisco di fare un bel po' di cose e poi la servo".
Disrespectful. I redid the queue three times because they didn't know how to accommodate my request. After a good 40 minutes of waiting I heard myself say "I finish doing a lot of things and then I serve it".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcune opere sono molto di "maniera" con forti influenze classiciste,comunque interessanti. Altre rispecchiano maggiormente la tradizione locale....nel complesso non è male.....
Some works are very "fashion" with strong classicist influences, however interesting. Others reflect more the local tradition .... overall it's not bad .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'acquisizione di Unipol purtroppo ha portati elementi di cui si sarebbe fatto volentieri a meno. Consiglierei anche al personale di controllare certe idiozie che postano sui social i suddetti dipendenti in merito a questioni legate alla pandemia. Come azienda mi vergognerei un po' a essere rappresentata da loro.
Unfortunately, the acquisition of Unipol brought elements that would have been gladly done without. I would also advise staff to check out certain nonsense that said employees post on social media regarding issues related to the pandemic. As a company I would be a little ashamed to be represented by them.
