Sono stato seguito per tutta la trattativa, avendo sempre tutte le risposte alle mie domande, in particolare l'agente Francesco Calogiuri che fin dall'inizio è stato il mio referente risolvendo con semplicità e diplomazia qualsiasi mio problema o dubbio. Non ho termini di paragone con altri agenti, ma sentendo altre esperienze di conoscenti, ho trovato in Francesco una persona educata disponibile che con il suo carisma e la sua professionalità mi ha coinvolto positivamente fin dal primo giorno. Having completed the purchase of an apartment today, it comes naturally and my duty to issue a review to the agency Studio Giorgilorio SRL. I was followed throughout the negotiation, always having all the answers to my questions, in particular the agent Francesco Calogiuri who has been my contact person since the beginning, solving any of my problems or doubts with simplicity and diplomacy. I have no terms of comparison with other agents, but hearing other experiences of acquaintances, I found in Francesco a polite and available person who with his charisma and professionalism involved me positively from the first day. In December, my husband and I found a house we were interested in, and Camilla immediately gave us all the information we required and arranged for a viewing shortly after Christmas. She managed to find a date convenient for us (as we are from Austria and have to cover 1500 km to get here) and even a second viewing after our proposal had been accepted so we could get some more detail for our planning. The next step was arranging for a notary and a suitable date – not the easiest, because the owners live in Germany and had to travel to Lecce, too. Still, Camilla managed to get our ideal appointment for us, and everything went smoothly.
Camilla has always gone out of her way to give us all the information and help we could have wanted and to arrage everything to our convenience. Even after finalising the contract, when her job officially ended, she has done her utmost to help us with those aspects which we as foreigner have found a bit challenging.
Thus, we have managed to find and get the house of our dreams in just two months!
You could not ask for more!
