Ci avevano proposto uno sconto di 20 euro su tagliando ma, quando abbiamo pagato con bancomat hanno ritirato l'offerta: dicono che lo sconto era applicabile solo senza fattura e cioè in NERO. Ed io sarei un cretino che pago regolarmente le tasse? Dishonest. Poco avvezzi a investire tempo per dare risposte a quesiti di fattibilità nonostante invio di carta di circolazione perché possano informarsi per lo specifico veicolo. Non si sono ottenute risposte. Cliente perso. Unfortunately, they have shown little interest in new customers. Scarsissimo interesse per il cliente (ero un nuovo cliente) e scarsissimo interesse per la buona riuscita del lavoro sull'auto (sostituzione bombola GPL per aver raggiunto i 10 anni, nessun problema all'auto prima di consegnarla a loro), nessuna prova o test prima della consegna della stessa al cliente. Auto riconsegnata con alcune problematiche (che prima non vi erano), nessuna disponibilità a trovare una soluzione. Senza entrare nei minimi dettagli della conversazione tenutasi in modo arrogante e dai toni accesi, posso solo dire che l'officina è assolutamente da evitare. Mai più e assolutamente non consigliata. I've written almost 500 reviews, I'm Local Guide liv. 8 of Google Maps and I can say that I have never given 1 star to anyone. Very little interest in the customer (I was a new customer) and very little interest in the success of the work on the car (LPG cylinder replacement for having reached 10 years, no problems with the car before delivering it to them), no tests or tests before delivery of the same to the customer. Car returned with some problems (which were not there before), no willingness to find a solution. Without going into the smallest details of the conversation held in an arrogant and brightly-toned way, I can only say that the workshop is absolutely to be avoided. Never again and absolutely not recommended.
