Sono sempre disponibili al telefono e se non possono ti richiamano poco dopo. Mi sono sentita seguita dall'inizio della trattativa al rogito e ogni mia domanda è stata risposta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5.000 Euro sono le commissioni di agenzia richieste per l'acquisto di un immobile del valore di poco più di 20.000 e senza nessuna possibilità di moderazione o trattativa. Prendere o lasciare. A loro detta perché per un immobile di valore modesto, è richiesto lo stesso impegno di uno di valore maggiore. Ora, a parte il fatto che questo non è vero (a mio parere) perché se foste trasparenti sin dalle prime trattative, anche telefoniche, e avvisaste da subito il potenziale cliente circa il valore delle commissioni richieste, evitereste di fare inutili visite in loco e perdere (e far perdere) tempo prezioso. Guadagnereste in stima e probabilmente vendereste molto prima l'immobile soprattutto con pretese di commissioni più modeste e accettabili. Devo inoltre farvi rilevare la contraddizione circa il 3% richiesto di norma su valori superiori a 150.000 Euro (detto da voi) che restituirebbero una commissione di 4.500 Euro! Inferiore ai 5.000 richiesti per 20.000! Per quello che mi riguarda, siete liberi di fare ciò che volete ma nello stesso tempo rivendico il diritto di farmi un'opinione assolutamente negativa circa il vostro comportamento che ho trovato ignobile. Ad maiora.
