Nulla da dire sulle spettanze adeguate e richieste nei tempi dovuti. Abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di capitare in questa agenzia a febbraio 2019....ci dicono fin da subito che la consegna dell' appartamento era prevista a giugno 2019.. Il giorno del rogito a dicembre 2019 dopo 6 mesi di ritardo si sono presentati davanti il notaio senza nessun documento sia il titolare dell' agenzia sia la società venditrice!!! Diffidate da ogni loro proposta .....sono dei bugiardi e collaborano con una società di compravendita non affidabile minimamente!!! Per avere documenti obbligatori tipo postuma decennale e agibilità ho dovuto far valere i miei diritti da un legale !!!! In tale contesto il titolare dell'Agenzia ha dimostrato competenza in ogni settore, sia civilistico che regolamentare in genere.
