Ho visto un immobile online, girato l'annuncio alla mia compagna e tra me e lei abbiamo provato a chiamare tutto il giorno e nulla, provo con la sede centrale di Udine e non ricevo ulteriore risposta, si manda la mail e desolazione completa. Ritengo non sia un comportamento professionale in quanto rispondere a potenziali clienti faccia parte del lavoro e se non si è presenti in ufficio o si è in malattia esiste la risposta automatica alle mail, quindi una giustificazione proprio non gliela si può accordare. Per quanto mi potesse interessare visto il comportamento poco professionale rinuncerò a vederla e in futuro ogni cosa che pubblicheranno verrà scartata in automatico. La filiale è quella di Feletto, per specificare e non fare di tutta l'erba un fascio.
They NEVER answer the phone.
I saw a property online, I sent the ad to my partner and between her and I we tried to call all day and nothing, I try with the head office in Udine and I do not receive further response, you send the email and complete desolation. I believe it is not professional behavior as responding to potential customers is part of the job and if you are not present in the office or if you are sick there is an automatic reply to e-mails, so you just can't give them a justification. As much as it might interest me given the unprofessional behavior I will give up seeing it and in the future everything they publish will be automatically discarded. The branch is that of Feletto, to specify and not make a bundle of all the grass.
