They offered to make an accurate free estimate, and after placing the assignment the house was sold in less than a week after the announcement was posted. In the following months, until the conclusion of the negotiation of the deed, they proved to be very professional, attentive and giving all the necessary support and taking care of everything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Non scendo nei dettagli perché mi dilungherei troppo. L'unica cosa positiva è che chi ci ha mostrato la casa prima dell'acquisto è stato disponibile ad aprirci l'immobile più volte, anche di sabato. Ho notato che tendono a rispondere alle recensioni negative dicendo che non sanno chi sei, consiglio di investire queste energie nel trattare il cliente con più attenzione quando insorgono problemi.
Bad experience. I don't go into details because I would go too far. The only positive thing is that whoever showed us the house before buying was available to open the property several times, even on Saturdays. I've noticed that they tend to respond to negative reviews by saying they don't know who you are, I recommend investing this energy in treating the customer more carefully when problems arise.
