★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo contattato l'agenzia Toniutti più volte, e si sono dimostrati piuttosto maleducati nei confronti dei clienti riattaccando il telefono in faccia o dando risposte poco consone.
Inoltre con questa agenzia non è possibile vedere le case se hai un lavoro di ufficio che impegna dalle 9 alle 18. Dopo le 18 è buio (e ci sta), mentre in pausa pranzo devono pranzare e quindi cercare di affittare le case è un problema che passa in secondo piano. Mi chiedo se i proprietari delle case sanno di questo loro modo di lavorare, perchè se fossi in loro cercherei un'altra agenzia.
We have contacted the Toniutti agency several times, and they have been quite rude towards customers by hanging up the phone in the face or giving inappropriate answers.
Also with this agency it is not possible to see the houses if you have an office job that takes from 9 to 18. After 18 it is dark (and there is), while in the lunch break they have to have lunch and therefore trying to rent the houses is a problem which takes a back seat. I wonder if the homeowners know about their way of working, because if I were them I would look for another agency.

Chiamata l'agenzia al mio arrivo a Udine per concordare il luogo di incontro, scopro che l'agenzia non aveva nemmeno fissato in agenda l'appuntamento e l'immobile era già stato affittato
