Hanno venduto il mio appartamento in periodo difficile dovuto al covid senza svalutarlo. Inoltre, importantissimo, il loro supporto non termina al preliminare o al rogito, sono presenti anche nei passaggi di voltura di energia e pratiche successive alle fasi di vendita.

Contatto 2 volte la suddetta "agente immobiliare" richiedendo la disponibilità per la visione di un immobile da loro proposto, mi viene sgarbatamente richiesto se lavorassi senza dare minimamente riscontro alla mia richiesta.
Dopo avere fatto presente che (ovviamente) lavoro, richiedo nuovamente la disponibilità per un appuntamento.
A distanza di oltre 24 ore non ricevo più nessuna risposta.
Se cercate dei professionisti orientatevi altrove, fortunatamente il mercato immobiliare abbonda di agenti seri, professionali e soprattutto vogliosi di lavorare.
Absolutely negative feedback dictated by the bad experience with one of their employees, Veronica Piticco.
I contact the aforementioned "real estate agent" twice, requesting availability to view a property proposed by them, I am rudely asked if I worked without giving any response to my request.
After having pointed out that (obviously) I work, I request availability again for an appointment.
After more than 24 hours, I no longer receive any response.
If you are looking for professionals, look elsewhere, fortunately the real estate market abounds with serious, professional and above all eager to work agents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni mi rivolgo sia a Veronica Barnaba sia a Veronica Piticco ed anche ora che hanno aperto la nuova agenzia, mi sono affidata a loro per riaffittare un appartamento in centro a Udine.
Come sempre hanno selezionato l'inquilino tenendo conto delle mie esigenze, hanno riaffittato in breve tempo dando continuità alla locazione.
Consiglio "ViVer casa" anche per l'assistenza che offre sia al proprietario sia all'inquilino... cosa non sempre scontata!

For years I have been turning to both Veronica Barnaba and Veronica Piticco and even now that they have opened the new agency, I have entrusted them to re-rent an apartment in the center of Udine.
As always, they selected the tenant taking into account my needs, they re-let in a short time giving continuity to the lease.
I recommend "ViVer casa" also for the assistance it offers both to the owner and to the tenant ... something not always taken for granted!
