Vi sono tante gelaterie buone a Udine tra cui due configurano anche nella classica annua delle migliori gelaterie su territorio nazionale, ed entrambe sono gelateria di alto livello. Cuore di panna è una gelateria //laboratorio nascosta e poco visibile si trova in via Antonio Lazzaro moro, ove si può trovare un gelato veramente molto buono. Pochi gusti in vetrina, ma veramente ben fatti, si avverte benissimo la cura nel trattare la materia prima e la ricerca del titolare nel proporre un gelato completo sotto ogni punto di vista, dal bilanciamento della ricetta, sino alla sua realizzazione e vendita al banco.
