★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un meritato ringraziamento aperto, ad un’agenzia immobiliare “Il Patio” di cui mi ero rivolto la prima volta nel 2007 per l’acquisto di un appartamento a Udine ed ora 2021 per una vendita sempre a Udine.
Mi era rimasto un positivo ricordo del trattamento riservatomi sia dallo staff che dalla stessa titolare sig.Patrizia per la cortesia, la disponibilità e soprattutto per la grande professionalità nella valutazione ed assistenza dimostrata in un passo cosi delicato come è l’acquisto di un immobile.
Ho rinnovato questa stima e fiducia nell’agenzia a distanza di diversi anni con una richiesta per una vendita immobiliare e sono realmente appagato di come la titolare, ha svolto le trattative, dalla stima corretta ed equa nell’interesse di ambo le parti, nella mediazione e nel suo continuo aggiornamento sulle visite effettuate.
Ancora un grazie sincero, per un’agenzia di cui non avrei remore ad affidargli nuovi acquisti o vendite.

A well-deserved open thank you, to a real estate agency "Il Patio" which I first contacted in 2007 for the purchase of an apartment in Udine and now 2021 for a sale also in Udine.
I was left with a positive memory of the treatment reserved to me by both the staff and the owner, Mr. Patrizia, for the courtesy, availability and above all for the great professionalism in the evaluation and assistance demonstrated in such a delicate step as is the purchase of a property.
I renewed this esteem and trust in the agency several years later with a request for a real estate sale and I am really satisfied with how the owner carried out the negotiations, from the correct and fair estimate in the interest of both parties, in the mediation and in its continuous updating on the visits made.
Again my sincere thanks for an agency I would have no qualms about entrusting them with new purchases or sales.
