★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco seri. Appuntamento preso 1 settimana prima. Io e mia moglie ci rechiamo presso il luogo dell'appuntamento ma non si presenta nessuno. Dopo un pò telefono e l'agente che mi risponde sembra quasi non saperne nulla. Dopo qualche secondo mi dice che "hanno avuto un problema improvviso". Avere un problema è più che lecito, non avvisare e far perdere tempo a potenziali clienti non è giustificabile.
Not serious. Appointment made 1 week before. My wife and I go to the meeting place but no one shows up. After a while I phone and the agent who answers me seems to know almost nothing. After a few seconds he tells me that "they had a sudden problem". Having a problem is more than legitimate, not warning and wasting potential customers time is not justifiable.
