Gli agenti seppur ben vestiti non hanno un minimo di professionalità, ho riscontrato su più di un appartamento delle difformità tra quello che gli agenti mi dicevano e quello che poi ho scoperto. Dal lato acquirente la mia esperienza é stata pessima non darei mai un mandato di vendita a questi pseudoagenti. In ultimo mi hanno chiesto ben 10.000 su un inmobile in vendita di 145.000 che poi si é dimostrato anche abusivo. Pessimi
As for me a very bad experience. Although well-dressed agents do not have a minimum of professionalism, I found in more than one apartment some discrepancies between what the agents told me and what I later discovered. On the buyer side, my experience was very bad I would never give a sales mandate to these pseudo-agents. Finally, they asked me for 10,000 on a property for sale of 145,000 which later proved to be abusive. Bad
