M	Mario Lotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un anno fa abbiamo iniziato la ricerca di un immobile in zona Fuorigrotta chiedendo a Franco Esposito di seguirci indipendentemente dall'agenzia che ne avrebbe tenuto il mandato. Durante i 7 mesi di ricerca è stato in grado di farci evitare trattative per alcune case mettendo alla luce problematiche sia dal punto di vista strutturale che burocratico. Una volta trovato l'immobile giusto (purtroppo nelle mani di un'altra agenzia) e avuto il suo ok, siamo stati seguiti prima per la trattativa e poi al seguito per risolvere problemi tecnici e burocratici emersi successivamente (e che l'altra agenzia diceva di non essere al corrente). Durante questi 4 mesi di tempo tra fine trattativa e rogito Franco si è interfacciato continuamente sia con l'agenzia che con notaio e banca per sbloccare le problematiche accennate per poi far sì che arrivassimo a rogito e pagare agenzia e anticipo quando tutto era stato messo a posto, cioè di fronte al notaio. Da allora consiglio vivamente alle persone di farsi seguire sempre da persone competenti per la scelta e acquisto di immobili come abbiamo fatto noi onde evitare di trovarsi in casini seri.
