โ โ โ โ โ รฉ la seconda volta che acquisto da voi lo psyllogel in polvere 170 g (costo โฌ 8,99) e per la seconda volta voi mi inviate lo psyllogel bustine 86 g (costo 7,10) lo capite da voi che il primo prodotto รฉ molto conveniente mentre il secondo no. Sto provando a chiamare da questa mattina ma il telefono sul sito รจ staccato. Per correttezza dovreste riprendervi il prodotto sbagliato o restituirmi la metร dei soldi visto che mi avete inviato la metร del prodotto.
La prima volto puรฒ essere un errore (oltretutto mi avete costretto a tenere quello che mi avevate inviato rimborsandomi la sola differenza) la seconda ร UNA TRUFFA. FATE ATTENZIONE.

I've been trying to call since this morning but the phone on the site is off the hook. For fairness you should take back the wrong product or give me back half the money since you sent me half the product.
The first face can be a mistake (plus you forced me to keep what you sent me by refunding me the only difference) the second IS A SCAM. BE CAREFUL.

Inviano email fantasma di risposta ai solleciti.Dopo un mese nessun invio della merce regolarmente pagata mi hanno chiesto un sovrapprezzo di 6 euro tramite PayPal per la spedizione che ho prontamente pagato ma nonostante questo non ho mai ricevuto nulla solo il rimborso dopo 40 giorni dall ordine.Sconsigliatissimi.Negano persino di aver ricevuto l ordine dal cliente per poi dire di aver inviato delle email allo stesso di aggiornamento ordine.Piu' che confusi e confusionari.Le recensioni parlano chiaro e li descrivono perfettamente.Maleducati e perditempo.

Da evitare come il COVID.
Ordine online fatto 3 settimane fa e non ancora ricevuto. Se una Farmacia prende in carico un ordine dovrebbe anche evaderlo!
Questi invece si prendono i soldi e chi si รจ visto si รจ visto. Complimenti!

Online order placed 3 weeks ago and not received yet. If a Pharmacy takes over an order it should also fulfill it!
These instead take the money and whoever has seen has seen. Compliments!

Singular response since I have just received a package with your name to the sender and mine to the recipient.
But I see that writing reviews always magically unlocks everything.

โ โ โ โ โ Da evitare assolutamente....In data odierna mi reco in questa farmacia (di turno) per acquistare un tampone rapido per COVID casalingo e malox reflusso per un costo totale di 25 euro!! Al che, conoscendo il prezzo del tampone (7 euro) e del malox (6,50 euro) ritorno chiedendo spiegazioni riguardo i prezzi cosรฌ elevati e per conoscere il prezzo di ogni singolo prodotto visto che lo scontrino non precisava le singole voci. Le due farmaciste passano al pc i due prodotti e mi riferiscono che non trovano il prezzo, contraddicendosi per coprirsi l'un l'altra. Alla fine mi chiedono di esibire lo scontrino e solo dopo mi dicono i prezzi (facile!), sbagliando inoltre sul totale. ร palese che i prezzi non erano quelli e che guarda caso non conoscevano i prezzi dei prodotti venduti 20 minuti prima....
Diffidate da queste persone, personale per nulla serio. D'altra parte le recensioni parlano da se...

Purtroppo vi state ancora contraddicendo visto che alla mia richiesta avete detto che entrambi i prodotti costano 13... Adesso il tampone costa 18?? Tutto molto strano....o forse vi รจ difficile giustificare un malox a 12 euro?
Per il rimborso declino l'invito, ne faccio esclusivamente una questione di principio e serietร , buona serata.
