 I don't know all the Benedetto stores, but I assure you that the one in Pianura is excellent ... excellent products, affordable prices ... I highly recommend it ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una torta a 2 piani non pensavo di dover mangiare il polistirolo...c'era solo un disco di torta vera e i numeri si sono sciolti prima di arrivare a casa (tempo impiegato 5 minuti) non la consiglierei
I booked a 2-storey cake I didn't think I had to eat styrofoam ... there was only one disk of real cake and the numbers melted before I got home (time taken 5 minutes) I wouldn't recommend it

Se avete problemi personali e lavorate schiattando state a casa direttamente, c’è gente che per un posto di lavoro farebbe follie. Imparate a rapportarvi con i clienti altrimenti ci rimette una struttura che fa bene il suo lavoro.

I can only advise you to change the staff. It is not possible to treat a customer with such acidity. If you have personal problems and work while you are squatting, you are home, there are people who would do follies for a job. Learn how to relate with customers otherwise it puts back a structure that does its job well.
(the desserts are excellent).
