★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti per quanto riguarda le stufe a pellet...Sono capace anche io a fare il tecnico cambiando pezzi a caso e sperando sia quello giusto! SoldI buttati perchè alla fine era solo una questione di regolazione dei parametri che ha poi sistemato un amico che semplicemente ha fatto esperienza avendo lui stesso lo stesso tipo di riscaldamento domestico. Prima di fare i tecnici autorizzati fate dei corsi che è meglio!
Incompetent as far as pellet stoves are concerned ... I too am capable of being a technician by changing pieces at random and hoping it is the right one! Money wasted because in the end it was just a question of adjusting the parameters that a friend then fixed, who simply experienced having the same type of home heating himself. Before doing the authorized technicians do some courses which is better!

Aggiornamento di giugno 2020 per un amico senza possibilità di recensire: chiamati per problema alla lavatrice degli anni '90. Dopo il loro intervento di riparazione sembra nuova. Ottima la sicurezza fronte Covid-19.
About the fires of my kitchen I went on the safe side with them for spare parts. I can safely recommend to everyone for quality and competence at excellent prices.
June 2020 update for a friend without the possibility to review: called due to the washing machine of the 90s. After their repair, it looks new. Excellent security in front of Covid-19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come al solito sono sfortunato, avevano venduto l'ultimo ricambio per il forno in mattinata, però la Signora e il tecnico si sono dati da fare è hanno trovato un sostitutivo che ha funzionato perfettamente, contento io mia moglie e le figlie, mi hanno salvato la vita :)
As usual I'm unlucky, they had sold the last spare part for the oven in the morning, but the Lady and the technician got busy and found a replacement that worked perfectly, happy my wife and daughters, they saved me the life :)
