★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio clienti pessimo, mi ripresento per un reso di un articolo non compatibile: dal personale addetto viene sostenuta una modalità differente rispetto a quanto dettomi pochi giorni or sono, non comprendono chi tra loro, in negozio, avesse parlato con me alcuni giorni prima. "Morale della favola": il reso non è stato possibile e così ho dovuto spendere altri soldi per non perdere il valore dell'acquisto iniziale, non compatibile con quanto da me già posseduto...dato che l'articolo era commercializzato in 2 prodotti singoli ad incastro. Da parte mia, quelli di oggi sono gli ultimi soldini entrati nelle vostre casse, in futuro io e tutta la mia famiglia ci terremo ben alla larga dal vostro punto vendita; non siete né indispensabili, né unici... solamente poco efficienti.
Bad customer service, I come back for a return of an incompatible item: the staff are supported in a different way than what they told me a few days ago, they do not understand who among them, in the store, had talked to me a few days before. "Moral of the story": the return was not possible and so I had to spend more money in order not to lose the value of the initial purchase, not compatible with what I already owned ... since the item was sold in 2 products interlocking singles. For my part, those of today are the last pennies that have entered your coffers, in the future my whole family and I will keep well away from your point of sale; you are neither indispensable nor unique ... just not very efficient.
