 Competent and friendly staff. Always available but not pressing. Low prices and a good variety of product choices. Clean, tidy. It is the shop Acqua & Sapone favorite.

Interesting shop. Pity the grumpy saleswoman. Not very helpful to customer requests. I would call it a self service. Do it yourself without disturbing the staff. This is their policy.

I prezzi, girando per altri negozi del genere, non mi sembrano concorrenziali. Non do ovviamente colpe a chi lo gestisce dall'interno, essendo principalmente un marchio in franchising
Friendly but not very well prepared jobs. There is some confusion inside and too much concentration of products, the store is small, not very tidy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non riscontro congruità tra la pubblicità e il reale assortimento presente nel punto vendita di Prato. Forse per i locali piccoli l'offerta è abbastanza ristretta....gli scaffali non sono mai riassortiti e quindi vuoti. Alcuni articoli gli devi chiedere jn cassa come le piastrine antizanzare nemmeno fossero beni preziosi per cui ti trovi quasi nell'obbligo di acquistare senza aver potuto valutare costo, eventuale offerta e l'articolo in questione. Direi un pò da rivedere l'organizzazione

Perhaps for small places the offer is quite limited .... the shelves are never replenished and therefore empty.
