Francesco ed uso il passato perché da qualche mese non ci ho messo più piede a causa della scortesia e intolleranza di una sola Commessa, che credo sia la responsabile del punto vendita ...nonostante i miei tentativi di capire se era solo una mia impressione, ho avuto poi un giorno la conferma che io non ero nelle sue corde e così ho deciso che non potevo andare più finché ci sarà lei ...
Poiché più di una volta è stata davvero maleducata e poco professionale, questo è un mestiere dove le antipatie personali non devono interferire con la vendita al cliente finale...quindi sicuramente non andrò più in questo negozio che ora si chiama Douglas e sicuramente non sentiranno la mia mancanza, ma visto che posso decidere dove spendere più piacevolmente i mie soldi andrò dove troverò più gentilezza e ospitalità, sottolineo che il problema è solo Lei , poiché le altre commesse sono molto brave , soprattutto Claudia ,la migliore in assoluto !!!
I had been going to this nice shop near Piazza S. Francesco for 3/4 years and I use the past because for some months I have not set foot there because of the rudeness and intolerance of a single Job Shop, which I believe is the store manager ... despite my attempts to understand if it was just my impression, I then had the confirmation one day that I was not in his ropes and so I decided that I could not go any more as long as she was ...
Since more than once was downright rude and unprofessional, this is a job where personal dislikes must not interfere with the sale to the end customer ... then definitely I will not go into this store is now called Douglas and certainly do not feel I miss me, but since i can decide where to spend the most pleasant my money go where i may find more kindness and hospitality, i emphasize that the problem is just you, as other orders are very good, especially Claudia, the best ever !!!
