Il negozio di per sé è molto funzionale e le commesse sono veloci e disponibili ad aiutarti nella ricerca di taglie e colori. Le collezioni sempre aggiornate nei colori e nei modelli. Comodi e puliti i camerini. Ben suddivisi per tema gli articoli. Hanno anche una sezione di intimo da pizzo e altri tessuti di riciclo. Sull'etichetta è scritto recicled però non spiega come. Del tutto normale anche per altre aziende che stanno provando a fare linee eco sostenibili. Tezenis avrebbe la forza economica e distributiva per puntare e migliorare sulla sostenibilità dei materiali e del lavoro. Migliorabili anche le vestibilità per le meno giovani. Alcuni modelli di reggiseno si adattano a donne meno giovani ma il 90% no, è solo per giovani donne.
