★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata questa domenica in questo negozio e la recensione negativa la lascio non per il negozio,ma per la persona che ci serviti...davvero un peccato,zero sorriso,zero gentilezza....sembrava le facevamo un torto ..con tutte le ragazze gentili e volenterose,questa ragazza dovrebbe imparare a stare al pubblico. Forse perché la spesa era bassa,forse per altri motivi...non saprei,peccato.

Le due paia di scarpe che ho comprato sono comodissime ed ho speso pochissimo.
La ragazza giovane mora con i capelli lunghi che mi ha servito ieri è stata gentilissima nonostante sono rimasta al telefono tutto il tempo... Anzi mi scuso io per la maleducazione.
Quindi servizio e scarpe top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata in questo negozio perché le mie scarpe mi si erano rotte e nonostante più volte ho detto alla commessa ( Elena) che dovevo trovare assolutamente un paio di scarpe .... non solo non mi ha consigliato ma quando io sceglievo una scarpa lei me la portava e se ne andava a vedere "la mille miglia " oppure dietro con la collega .

Dopo averli provati, mi sono accorta che la taglia non era giusta: mia madre è passata nel pomeriggio per cambiarli e la commessa si è rifiutata di effettuarle il cambio perché sosteneva che fosse necessario che ci fossi io a provarli, perché un eventuale ulteriore cambio sarebbe stato un problema.
Professionalità e disponibilità davvero discutibili.
