A detta del tecnico il tasto non poteva essere sostituto. Tramite Ebay la ditta Acito Pasqale, al costo totale di 12 euro (ricambio + spese di spedizione), in 4 giorni ho ricevuto il tasto di di ricambio che ho sostituito personalmente in dieci minuti. Ringrazio il signor Acito Pasquale per la qualità de servizio offerto e la rapidità di consegna.
In Milan, I was asked for 700 euros for the replacement of a COMELIT GENIUS video door phone that had only the door open button broken.
According to the technician, the button could not be a substitute. Through Ebay the company Acito Pasqale, at a total cost of 12 euros (spare part + shipping costs), in 4 days I received the spare key which I personally replaced in ten minutes. I thank Mr. Acito Pasquale for the quality of the service offered and the speed of delivery.
