★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible agency and staff. Would not honor my reservation from Expedia, told me it was cancelled when it wasn’t. Tried to get me to make a bee reservation that require mandatory insurance that cost €500. Terrible agency, terrible people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service, nobody answer the phone for shuttle , tip : take any shuttle to parking , their office is at airport parking . I paid 20 euro to taxi to come to their office , only one person handling 5 customers , it took 2 hours to get my car very unpleasant service. They charge me 20 Euro extra because they did not have gasoline car that I booked they gave me diesel car and I did not have a choice .
