Un impasto fatto di preziosi elementi come acqua, farina, lievito; trasformati, per molti in una semplice palla da infornare.
Per me non è stato cosi, Mi ha portato a capire cosa realmente avevo fra le mani...un "bambino da far nascere, lievitare e far maturare; realizzando, anche se non perfetto, un capolavoro che solo la natura poteva donare al uomo".
