★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anna is charming and she shares the Ligurian cooking style with much compassion and enthusiasm. The class is in her own kitchen and in it is in a very relaxed environment. Highly recommend her class as it is intimate and her manner is supportive unlike other cooking classes that one might participate in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the most fun activities we did during our 2 week trip around Italy. Anna was really nice, and a lot of fun to spend the afternoon with. She picked us up from the train station and drove us to her house which has an insanely gorgeous view. We made three dishes: a semifreddo dessert, fresh pasta with a regional sauce, and stuffed squid. Ahead of time, Anna had sent a couple of options to choose from. It was a really hands-on class, where we made everything with direction from Anna. After everything was ready, we had a delicious feast outside in the open air. Everything tasted so good, and we are already planning to try making fresh pasta again at home. What made the whole experience so fun was that we learned a lot, both by actually doing the hands-on cooking and because Anna gave a lot of information about the dishes and the techniques, but the class never felt difficult. It was just a really enjoyable afternoon and evening, from start to finish. I highly recommend this class!
