Inqualificabili: voto -15!!! Prima ti fa aspettare poi quando è quasi il tuo turno ti dice di andare a comprare una marca da bollo facendoti perdere il posto, per poi scoprire che la marca da bollo nemmeno ti serviva! Mi serve un semplice certificato e scopro che l'anagrafe è aperta al pubblico una volta a settimana per ben due ore. In compenso il giorno 15 agosto ( pagato come superfestivo ) e' aperto mattina e pomeriggio ... ?? Ma non ci sarebbe nessun problema se si potesse richiedere il certificato on line come previsto e succede al mio paesello del Nord Gussago che è aperto al pubblico ogni giorno feriale, invece tutti i link per i siti anagrafici risultano disattivi.?? Dovrò prendere qualche altro giorno di ferie e sperare che nel frattempo succeda un miracolo che mi permetta di ottenere il mio dovuto certificato?? On the other hand, the day 15 August (paid as superfestivo) is open morning and afternoon ... ?? But there would be no problem if you could apply for the certificate online as expected and it happens to my village in the North of Gussago which is open to the public every weekday, instead all the links to the registry sites are disabled. I will have to take a few more days off and hope that in the meantime a miracle will happen that will allow me to obtain my due certificate??

Sono andata a fare richiesta per la residenza nella casa dove attualmente abito, e dopo che mi hanno quasi chiesto anche il rene, mi hanno letteralmente risposto : tornatene al tuo paese. Vergognatevi. Fate schifo !!!! Shameful. I am an Albanian citizen, resident in Italy for over 10 years.
