Le falta difusión y facilidad de acceso además de adecuarlo a personas discapacidad y terminar las obras que hay empezadas y parecen paradas desde hace mucho tiempo para ser una estructura adecuada para el turismo. There is a lack of proper installation for visits, it is not easy to open since you have to ask the local authorities first. It lacks dissemination and ease of access as well as adapting it to people with disabilities and finishing the works that have begun and seem to have been stopped for a long time to be an adequate structure for tourism.

E avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturata. Ma comunque molto suggestiva Unfortunately abandoned ancient abbey. The landscape and the position are optimal, being in the countryside of Mount Letenano, in the municipality of Concerviano. And it needs to be refurbished. But still very impressive

G	GERARDO IANNACCONE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concerviano, castrum altomedievale affacciato sulla valle del Salto, fu per secoli nullius dioecesis, soggetto all'abbazia benedettina di San Salvatore Maggiore. La chiesa parrocchiale intitolata a San Nicola di Bari, un edificio dalle armoniose volumetrie caratterizzato dalla facciata a coronamento orizzontale affiancata da una solida torre campanaria ed impreziosita dal portale in pietra, conserva la tela della Madonna in maestà con San Giuseppe e San Francesco d'Assisi che ci piace attribuire al raffinato pennello di AScanio Manenti (ultimo quarto del XVI secolo - 1660), eccellente manierista la cui meritata fama è oscurata dalla più robusta personalità del figlio Vincenzo (1600- 1674). Ascanio Manenti era nativo di Capradosso, castello del Cicolano non troppo distante da Conceviano, e certo dovette godere di una sua notorietà nei territori d'origine prima e dopo il trasferimento a Caanemorto, l'attuale Orvinio, dove mise su famiglia con una donna del paese. La maniera sontuosa di presentare i personaggi, ben definiti nei tratti e caratterizzati dai gesti teatrali che tanto piacevano ai committenti laici ed ecclesiastici, la definizione lenticolare dei dettagli è tipica dell'arte dei Manenti, padre e figlio. Il fitto dialogo che s'intesse tra Giuseppe e Maria, espresso attraverso gli sguardi e gli atteggiamenti, è tra gli elementi più riusciti della preziosa tela custodita nella parrocchiale di Concerviano. Concerviano, an early medieval castrum overlooking the Salto valley, was for centuries nullius dioecesis, subject to the Benedictine Abbey of San Salvatore Maggiore. The parish church dedicated to San Nicola di Bari, a building with harmonious volumes characterized by a horizontal crowning facade flanked by a solid bell tower and embellished by the stone portal, preserves the canvas of the Madonna in Majesty with San Giuseppe and San Francesco d'Assisi which we like to attribute to the refined brush of AScanio Manenti (last quarter of the 16th century - 1660), an excellent mannerist whose deserved fame is overshadowed by the more robust personality of his son Vincenzo (1600- 1674). Ascanio Manenti was a native of Capradosso, the Cicolano castle not too far from Conceviano, and certainly had to enjoy his fame in the territories of origin before and after his transfer to Caanemorto, the current Orvinio, where he started a family with a woman from the country. Purtroppo non è sempre possibile visitarlo all'interno ma vale comunque la pena andarci. San Salvator Maggiore is a wonderful place where you can take a dip in the past immersed in nature. Unfortunately it is not always possible to visit it inside but it is still worth going there.
