Ottimo anche il secondo. Consigliato! We went here for dinner. The staff was very kind and professional. The first courses were excellent, the quality was excellent and also abundant. Che dire, la location ha lasciato tutti a bocca aperta, così come il cibo e la professionalità di Sonia e tutti gli altri collaboratori. Sonia è riuscita a capire esattamente il nostro stile, e lo ha riprodotto in maniera più che superba attraverso le decorazioni e le sistemazioni dei tavoli. È stato un giorno perfetto in cui davvero tutti quanti sono stati benissimo, cullati dal buon cibo e dal buon vino proposto dal ristorante. Noi ed altri invitati ci siamo anche fermati a dormire nel b&b e veramente, siamo entrambi convinti che non potevamo scegliere un posto migliore. We have chosen the “la ginestra” estate as the place for our wedding. What can I say, the location left everyone speechless, as well as the food and professionalism of Sonia and all the other collaborators. Sonia was able to understand exactly our style, and she reproduced it in a more than superb way through the decorations and the arrangement of the tables. It was a perfect day in which everyone really had a great time, lulled by the good food and good wine offered by the restaurant. We and other guests also stopped to sleep in the b & b and really, we are both convinced that we could not have chosen a better place.

Quando vengono organizzati questi residenziali, oltre ai contenuti, si condividono momenti di confronto tra colleghi, di crescita personale, di riflessione, ma anche ore di svago, di chiacchiere e piaceri culinari. Non potevano esserci cornice migliore e proprietari più accoglienti!!! Il paesaggio dolce della Sabina, sotto uno splendido sole all'arrivo, preparava già la mente al relax. Le stanze e le sale sono sono comode ed accoglienti. In camera, c'era tutto il necessario e la temperatura interna, nonostante il freddo fuori, è stata sempre adeguata. Sul letto, come benvenuto, kit doccia in deliziosi sacchetti e, in bagno (ben pulito e nuovo), saponi aggiuntivi, phon e anche cuffie doccia monouso. A coccolarci con ogni premura i deliziosi proprietari, Sonia e Massimo, sempre in attività per non farci mancare nulla e per deliziarci con eccellenti manicaretti. Cucina ottima, credo di aver mangiato i legumi più buoni della mia vita: ceci squisiti e fagioli al tartufo davvero particolari! Ottimi anche i dolci, preparati, con amore, dalla figlia dei proprietari. Durante il soggiorno, ho avuto modo di intrattenermi anche in piacevolissime conversazioni con Sonia, la quale ci ha accompagnati con amicizia e premura anche in una bella giornata di escursione. Il parco intorno è ben curato e molto spazioso (comodo anche il parcheggio). E' presente anche una bella piscina, intorno alla quale, quando la stagione lo permette, La Ginestra organizza bellissimi eventi e cerimonie. Un grazie sentito e sincero a questa bellissima coppia, sono stata benissimo! There could not have been a better setting and more welcoming owners !!! The sweet landscape of Sabina, under a splendid sun upon arrival, already prepared the mind for relaxation. The rooms and halls are comfortable and welcoming. In the room, there was everything you need and the temperature inside, despite the cold outside, was always adequate. On the bed, as a welcome, shower kit in delicious bags and, in the bathroom (very clean and new), additional soaps, hairdryer and even disposable shower caps. To pamper us with every care the delightful owners, Sonia and Massimo, always in business so that we do not miss anything and to delight us with excellent dishes. Excellent cuisine, I think I have eaten the best legumes of my life: exquisite chickpeas and really special beans with truffles! The desserts are also excellent, prepared with love by the owners' daughter. During my stay, I was also able to entertain myself in very pleasant conversations with Sonia, who accompanied us with friendship and concern even on a beautiful day of excursion. The surrounding park is well-kept and very spacious (parking is also convenient). There is also a beautiful swimming pool, around which, when the season allows it, La Ginestra organizes beautiful events and ceremonies. I tempi non sono per niente lunghi ma sono quelli dettati dalla cucina! 4 stelle e non 5 perche non ci è stato possibile vedere un menù ma soprattutto per la paletta di plastica del caffè.. Ottima scoperta, torneremo sicuramente! Lovely place and 5 star atmosphere, more than generous portions and flavors combined to perfection. Right price! The times are not long at all but they are those dictated by the kitchen! 4 stars and not 5 because it was not possible to see a menu but above all for the plastic coffee spoon .. Great find, we will definitely be back!
I	Ilenia Giusti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto bello con vista piscina immerso tra il verde degli ulivi.Ci sono stata con degli amici per pranzo.Antipasto misto tra salumi,trippa,coratella ,fagioli e ceci.Tutto buono. Poi ho chiesto una tagliata ben cotta ma mi è stata portata una bistecca con tanto di osso ma carne cmq buonissima e anche buono il vino di accompagnamento. Claudio il nostro cameriere è stato sempre molto attento alle nostre esigenze,sempre sorridente nonostante la costante mascherina. Lo consiglio vivamente. Very nice place overlooking the pool surrounded by the green of the olive trees. I was there with some friends for lunch. Mixed appetizer of cold cuts, tripe, offal, beans and chickpeas. All good. Then I asked for a well-cooked tagliata but I was brought a steak with a lot of bone but very good meat and the accompanying wine was also good. Claudio our waiter was always very attentive to our needs, always smiling despite the constant mask. I highly recommend it.

Cerimonia stupenda molto toccante ed organizzata alla perfezione dalla bravissima Sonia con cura e professionalita'!!! Aperitivo a bordo piscina ottimo ed abbondante e pranzo nella sala melograno con intrattenimento musicale e piatti ottimi ed abbondanti serviti impeccabilnente!!
