★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento dato con un intervallo di 4 ore, evidentemente per questi signori il cliente non deve aver nulla da fare......una volta arrivato (con testimone presente) ha difficoltà ad accendere la macchina (una lavasciuga Hoover) ammettendo candidamente che "Su una macchina così complessa non ho mai lavorato"....la compagnia assicurativa mi avverte che i pezzi arriveranno il 28, loro contattati non sanno nulla..Dulcis in fundo, se la sono portata via senza rilasciarmi nulla..una stella è anche troppo..
Appointment given with an interval of 4 hours, obviously for these gentlemen the customer must have nothing to do ...... once he arrives (with witness present) he has difficulty turning on the machine (a Hoover washer-dryer) admitting candidly that " I have never worked on such a complex machine ".... the insurance company warns me that the parts will arrive on the 28th, they contacted they know nothing .. Last but not least, they took it away without releasing anything .. a star is even too much..
