★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato il signor Luigi che é in attività dal '73 e mi è sembrato subito disponibile già telefonicamente mi ha dato delle soluzioni per risolvere il mio problema ma non essendo esperto in materia ho chiesto un sopralluogo in casa. Nonostante mi avesse detto che c'era un'attesa di minimo una settimana data la mole di lavoro, mi sono messo in coda e dopo due giorni sono stato ricontattato. Ha visionato il mio problema alla lavatrice e in mezz'ora il problema era risolto. Che professionista!!!
Pensavo che tra chiamata e intervento dovevo farmi il segno della croce e invece... Sorpresa!!
I contacted Mr. Luigi who has been in business since '73 and he seemed immediately available by phone.He gave me solutions to solve my problem but not being an expert on the subject I asked for a home inspection. Although he told me that there was a wait of at least a week given the amount of work, I queued and after two days I was contacted. He looked at my washing machine problem and within half an hour the problem was solved. What a professional !!!
I thought that between the call and the intervention I had to make the sign of the cross and instead ... Surprise !!
