★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina ho fatto una visita ed un consulto con la dott.ssa M.Antonietta Ciotola ( leggo dal timbro apposto sulla diagnosi e terapia )
Fisiatra .soffro di cervicale diagnosticata da poco e mi ha ridato fiducia nelle strutture sanitarie pubbliche e umanità che in lei traspare e di cui un paziente ha sempre bisogno.Ritornero ad ottobre per verificare i risultati dopo la terapia consigliata.
A lei porgo i miei ringraziamenti mentre a chi leggerà, il consiglio di preferirla in occasione di necessità.
 This morning I made a visit and a consultation with Dr. M.Antonietta Ciotola (I read from the stamp affixed to the diagnosis and therapy)
Physiatrist. I suffer from a newly diagnosed cervical and has restored my confidence in public health facilities and the humanity that transpires in her and which a patient always needs. I will return in October to check the results after the recommended therapy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho conosciuto una bella persona, molto preparata. La Dr. Marina Ricci, nell'ambulatorio di oculistica del distretto 27, a Napoli. Ero una paziente dell'assistenza sanitaria, quindi non la paziente di uno studio privato, però sono stata trattata come se lo fossi, con competenza e gentilezza. Queste cose, che potrebbero/dovrebbero, essere la normalità, purtroppo non sempre lo sono, quindi mi sembra giusto porlo in evidenza. Grazie dottoressa.
Today I met a beautiful person, very well prepared. Dr. Marina Ricci, in the ophthalmology clinic in district 27, in Naples. I was a healthcare patient, so not a private practice patient, but I was treated as if I were, with competence and kindness. These things, which could / should, be the norm, unfortunately they are not always so, so it seems right to point it out. Thanks doctor.

se lo sapevo prima vi inviavo tutto tramite e mail credo molto superficiali
I don't understand how a urological examination can be done by looking only at the psa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che esistano persone così insensibili, sono stato in tarda serata dalla guardia medica, sebbene stessi male e con il bisogno urgente di una bombola d’ossigeno, mi rimandava al mio medico curante (quasi inesistente) perchè non conosceva la descrizione per la ricetta della bombola piccola da consegnare in farmacia… … conosceva solo quella della bombola grande da 25 kg e quando ho detto alla sua assistente (che faceva da tramite perchè il medico non si degnava di uscire dalla sua stanza e parlarmi) che per me era uno spreco mi ha trattato anche male, non era più semplice essere umile e chiedere il codice alla mia farmacia per giunta con servizio notturno?
Too bad that there are such insensitive people, I was in the medical guard in the late evening, although I was sick and with an urgent need for an oxygen tank, he sent me to my doctor (almost non-existent) because he did not know the description for the prescription of the small cylinder to be delivered to the pharmacy ... ... he only knew the one of the large 25 kg cylinder and when I told his assistant (who acted as an intermediary because the doctor did not deign to go out of his room and talk to me) that for me it was a waste he also treated badly, was it not easier to be humble and ask my pharmacy for the code in addition to night service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Обменять тессеру санитария у меня не заняло много времени, но вот дождаться третьей дозы вакцины, пришлось полтора часа! Очень не организован процесс! Часть очереди на улице мёрзнет, потом перемещается в помещение и опять стоят. Только две кабинки где делают вакцинацию. В общем помещение близко к месту проживания, но не приспособленно для большого количества людей.

Part of the queue on the street freezes, then moves into the room and again stand. There are only two booths for vaccinations. In general, the premises are close to the place of residence, but not suitable for a large number of people.
