Mi sono trovato bene sia seguendo I corsi di spinning sia seguendo la sala pesi, in entrambi i casi ho avuto, fin dalla prima lezione, la sensazione di essere entrato a far parte di un gruppo affiatato che accoglie tutti coloro che hanno voglia di muoversi, potenziarsi, allenarsi o perfezionarsi.

A very well managed gym, instructors always present, capable, patient and, last but not least, nice.
I felt good both following the spinning courses and following the weight room, in both cases I had, from the first lesson, the feeling of being part of a close-knit group that welcomes all those who want to move, strengthen, train or improve.
Highly recommended to everyone !!!
