★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra, gestita da istruttori molto competenti, che ti seguono costantemente durante gli allenamenti (pregio di non poco valore, considerata la radicata consuetudine nelle altre palestre di lasciarti perennemente allo stato brado) e che dal lato umano dimostrano sempre tanta gentilezza e simpatia. CONSIGLIATA!
Excellent gym, managed by very competent instructors, who follow you constantly during the training sessions (value of no small value, considering the deep-rooted habit in the other gyms to leave you perpetually in the wild state) and which on the human side always show such kindness and sympathy. RECOMMENDED!

Lo staff è eccellente e ti segue su ogni esercizio nei minimi dettagli sia in materia di postura che di esecuzione, impossibile non vedere i risultati se si frequenta con costanza. Se a tutto ciò si abbina un consiglio nutrizionale ( che è lo staff stesso a fornirti), i cambiamenti si potranno vedere davvero in poco tempo.
Excellent gym with all kinds of tools. The staff is excellent and follows you on every exercise in the smallest details both in terms of posture and execution, impossible not to see the results if you attend consistently. If all this is combined with nutritional advice (which is the staff to provide you), the changes can be seen very quickly.
