★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra ottima per allenarsi vecchia maniera sia per amatori che agonisti non manca nulla.Palestra pulita..i proprietari cordiali e preparati oltre ad essere grandi amici e una seconda famiglia la consiglio vivamente se oltre ad allenarvi volete ridere e scherzare ed assistere a scenette pazzesche ????
Excellent gym for old-fashioned training for both amateurs and agonists, nothing is missing Clean gym ... the owners friendly and prepared as well as being great friends and a second family I highly recommend it if in addition to training you want to laugh and joke and watch crazy skits ? ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente non sono uno che ha girato molte palestre anche perché io qui mi sento a casa e di conseguenza le altre strutture non mi interessano...per allenarsi SERIAMENTE c'è tutto quello che ti serve (anzi qualche macchina la vedrei bene nella raccolta del ferro esempio la macchina per gli adduttori)...mi sento a casa punto quindi qualsiasi commento su personale struttura pulizia o quant'altro sarebbe superfluo...provate voi ad immaginare cosa significherebbe allenarsi a casa in un locale adibito a palestra con tutto il necessario per allenarsi SERIAMENTE...per me è uguale quindi per me è il ?.
Honestly, I am not one who has toured many gyms also because I feel at home here and consequently I am not interested in other facilities ... to train SERIOUSLY there is everything you need (indeed some machines I would see well in the collection of iron, for example, the adductor machine) ... I feel at home, so any comment on personal cleaning structure or anything else would be superfluous ... try to imagine what it would mean to train at home in a room used as a gym with all the necessary to train SERIOUSLY ... for me it is the same so for me it is the ?.

La consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono iniziare un percorso e anche a chi è già esperto, i due trainer Silvia e Marco sono molto preparati e sempre attenti a tutte le esigenze degli atleti nonché molto gentili e disponibili! Consigliato anche il percorso nutrizionale con fit analysis per chi vuole iniziare a mangiare più consapevolmente! Palestra sempre pulita e in ordine!! Super consigliata!!!
