D	Diego Vallega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA PESSIMA! Ho portato degli sci da freeride e degli attacchi nuovi per Freestyle, entrambi nuovi di zecca, per farmeli montare. Me li ha consegnati con gli attacchi messi al contrario, puntale e talloniera invertiti. Una volta giunto a casa ho scoperto che c'erano dei buchi in più che non mi aveva detto di aver fatto. Una volta smontati di persona ho potuto verificare che erano diversi sotto l'attacco, e altri sotto degli adesivi, evidentemente per nasconderli. Dopo aver chiarito con lui che non erano utilizzabili ha deciso di pagarmi gli sci. Ho apprezzato. Ma gli attacchi no, perché riteneva che, nonostante fossero stati danneggiati durante il montaggio, potevano ancora essere utilizzati. Poi riparlandone riteneva che fossero già danneggiati prima di arrivare al negozio. Posso capire che avevo sbagliato io a portare un set poco comune ma tenermi allo scuro degli errori e ribaltare la colpa sugli sci/attacchi o su di me, poteva anche evitarlo. Per chi fa sci normale, non la mia disciplina, non ho nulla da criticare. Però manca di onestà BAD EXPERIENCE! I brought some brand new freeride skis and bindings for freestyle, both brand new, to have them put on. He delivered them to me with the bindings turned upside down, toe and heel reversed. Once I got home I found there were extra holes that he didn't tell me he had made. Once disassembled in person I was able to verify that they were different under the attack, and others under the stickers, evidently to hide them. After clarifying with him that they were not usable he decided to pay me for the skis. I appreciated. But the bindings did not, because he believed that, despite being damaged during assembly, they could still be used. Then, in repairing it, he thought they were already damaged before he got to the store. I can understand that I was wrong to bring an uncommon set but keeping myself in the dark about mistakes and turning the blame on the skis / bindings or on me could also avoid it. For those who do normal skiing, not my discipline, I have nothing to criticize. But it lacks honesty
