Prodotti homemade e titolare nonché produttore super preparato anche nella spiegazione di ogni singolo prodotto consigliandoci anche ricettine varie . Arrivati affamati ci ha fatto anche il piacere di farcire i due panini che avevamo appena preso in panetteria ?? .

Ogni specialità con un occhio di riguardo verso molte eccellenze (Crudo toscano, culatello di Zibello, l'eccellente carne salada trentina così diversa dalla bresaola, i wurstel 'principe' autentici Triestini di tradizione asburgica). In seguito assaggiandoli li ho trovati buonissimi con un'ottima miscelazione olio aceto superbo nel gusto e che fare ....... se non acquistarli nuovamente cogliendo l'occasione in quanto il mio amico ogni 1-2 mesi mi viene a trovare, conclusione questa volta 3 barattoli da 1Kg. ciascuno.
