Excellently selected and prepared meat! The fassona skewers and the fassona sausage are fantastic ... but if they have Langa chicken, stock up on it. And the kindness in the service is the icing on the cake. Well done!

Ogni volta che scendo da Milano faccio un po’ di scorta perché merita davvero. Inoltre il personale è gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo
Excellent quality and extraordinary creativity. Their tartare is something indescribable, with always successful and never banal combinations. Sublime shanks and pulled pork. Every time I get off Milan, I take a little stock because it really deserves it. The staff is also very kind. Highly recommended

Compro 2 cosce di pollo arrosto.
Pelle spessissima, cruda e( dolce?)
Inoltre era ancora piena di radici delle piume.... quindi neanche fiammeggiata! !!!
Carne del pollo all'interno completamente cruda.
Ma che vergogna! !!
Avrei voluto riportargliele indietro ma onestamente non.ne avevo voglia.
Quindi le ho messe in.forno per terminare la cottura ma il pollo era comunque veramente immangiabile
e nauseabondo.
€ 9.75 buttati per 2 cosce di pollo vergognose.
Mai più. ...
Catastrophic experience !!!
I buy 2 roasted chicken legs.
Very thick, raw and (sweet?)
Also it was still full of feather roots .... so not even flamed! !!!
Chicken meat inside completely raw.
But what a shame! !!
I wanted to get them back but honestly I didn't feel like it.
So I put them in the oven to finish cooking but the chicken was still really inedible
and nauseating.
€ 9.75 down the drain for 2 shameful chicken thighs.
Never again. ...
