Nice gym with very familiar atmosphere. I practice aqua aerobics. The swimming pool is small but comfortable. Female environment and super instructors!

Per ogni gruppo muscolare ci sono almeno un paio di macchine di ultima generazione. Unica pecca: la palestra è un po' al di sotto del livello stradale, per cui la luce del sole è assente.
Poco affollata all ora di pranzo.
The top for bodybuilding in the area, despite not being huge.
For each muscle group there are at least a couple of last-generation machines. The only flaw: the gym is a bit below street level, so there is no sunlight.
Uncrowded at lunch time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho potuto usufruire della palestra perché non essendo di zona ho controllato su Google e mi diceva aperta... In realtà è chiusa per tutto il mese di agosto. Non hanno aggiornato gli orari. Ci riproveremo se sarò in zona.
I could not use the gym because I was not from the area and I checked on Google and it was open ... Actually it is closed for the whole month of August. They have not updated the schedules. We will try again if I am in the area.

I train from them, very professional gym for body building. A big hug taking into account what they have had to endure in the last 2 years of the pandemic.
