In pochi giorni me lo hanno riconsegnato come nuovo col nuovo sistema operativo e mi hanno anche montato un nuovo hard disk grazie al quale è molto più veloce. Consigliatissimi, grazie! I brought to fix my mac book pro with which I was no longer able to go on the internet because the operating system was obsolete and I was not able to update it by myself. In a few days they returned it to me as new with the new operating system and they also mounted a new hard disk thanks to which it is much faster. Highly recommended, thanks!

Ho porta il mio iPhone X per cambiare il Display perché mi era caduto e rotto i mille pezzi ad fine Agosto e per circa 200€ BUTTATI me l’hanno cambiato con uno secondo loro di pari categoria. Dopo poco telecamera nn più funzionante riportato indietro e secondo loro nn colpa loro strano e proprio la telecamera davanti del display mah, poco dopo 3 mesi display morto, ora però dicono che dipende dalla telecamera però quella nn me la fanno pagare il display già pagato si perché nn più in garanzia. DELINQUENTI E PER NIENTE SERIE E ONESTI QUESTO SIETE. In piu ho chiesto se potevo averlo nel pomeriggio per lavoro e mi avevano detto di si ma dopo 1 ora mi hanno chiamato che il telefono era pronto. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE SICURAMENTE TORNERÒ. Il ragazzo di turno ( renzo) é stato gentile e veloce in meno di un ora ha effettuato il cambio display del Mio telefono A02S . Tornerò sicuramente. Excellent center, excellent hospitality and professionalism, affordable prices. The guy on duty (renzo) was kind and quick, in less than an hour he changed the display of my A02S phone. I will definitely be back.

Iniziamo con un ritardo di 20 minuti nell'apertura del negozio (nonostante il call center dicesse che il tecnico era certamente lì) e nessuna scusa o cenno di saluto da parte del personale giunto con calma sul posto, verso le persone in attesa in strada. E concludiamo con la richiesta sbrigativa di 230 euro per un intervento. Fortunatamente il dubbio e un breve giro mi hanno dato modo di avere altri 3 preventivi di assistenze in zona, tra i 119 e i 135 euro. Il mio telefono è stato quindi riparato altrove, in un centro assistenza famoso, con pezzi originali, per 120 euro iva inclusa. In mezza giornata. Bad experience. Chiedo se non possano essere i giochi stessi il problema ma mi assicurano di no. Mi comunicano che il lettore va cambiato. Ok. Al di là del fatto che ho dovuto chiamare io e passare al negozio per sapere quando sarebbe stato riparato (tempo 1 settimana), vado a ritirare finalmente la console. Che fa esattamente lo stesso difetto. Ovviamente non mi rilasciano nessuna ricevuta o fattura dei 49 euro spesi. A quel punto pulisco i contatti di ogni singolo gioco e, miracolo, funzionano. Quindi non hanno fatto nessuna diagnosi ma hanno direttamente cambiato il lettore e avrei potuto risparmiarmi 49 euro. Mi accorgo poi che la scheda SD non entra. In pratica hanno rimontato la scocca con la sd ancora inserita e l'hanno letteralmente spaccata (la scheda SD). Ho smontato io stesso scocca e scheda, per poi rimontare tutto, inserire una nuova sd e tutto funziona alla perfezione. Oltretutto dubito che il pezzo che hanno cambiato sia nuovo perché ci sono sporcizia e macchie (come di usura). Chi fa da sé fa per tre, si dice. Inoltre personale pessimo e sgradevole. Ogni volta ci sono commessi diversi e nessuno sa mai nulla. Sconsiglio vivamente, basandomi sulla mia esperienza. Ovviamente ho tutte le foto del "post intervento di assistenza", della sd rotta e del ricambio "originale". Bad experience. Brought a 3ds XL that didn't read many games.
