A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel

This was our second time at A-Roma, the first time was in 2018 when we stayed in one of the suites and our experience back then was FANTASTIC! Had you asked me which is the best hotel you’ve ever stayed at in the world the immediate answer would have been A-Roma. The smells in the hallways were amazing, the toiletries were high quality, the soap was shaped like the colosseum, the rooms had little spray bottles that were scented with something amazing and the restaurant … was incredible. The food was awesome, tasty and filling. Now : The smell in the hallways is almost inexistent and has been replaced by a lower quality fragrance, 13€ for a drink at the bar didn’t seem like a big deal last time since it came with an array of salty treats that included wasabi covered peas… this time we received a small bag of chips and an even smaller bag of taralli (we ordered a total of 30€ worth of drinks for 2 people), the ARoma branded toiletries have been replaced by boxes that are comparable to the holiday in, upon checking in the staff proudly told us that EVERYTHING in the mini bar is included for us to enjoy… that everything was 3 tiny cookies a small bag of chips (same as the bar) and 2 cans of pop. None of the above comes close to the disappointment of the restaurant. It was border line inedible, the chefs have been replaced by fast food workers, the food is cold and tasteless. Honestly I feel like we’ve had better food on our airplane ride over. The only consistent experience was with the spa. What a shame *This was a 1 star review that we wrote the night before we checked out. Upon checking out, Jaysen (who originally checked us in) brought up that he had seen the review and would do whatever he could to make up for it. He did! The smells might be gone, the snacks might be lackluster, the restaurant horrible but the people that work here still manage to make the biggest difference. Thank you A-Roma, Jaysen and the management staff.

A great place, great location for meetings and , while being slightly out of city, is very conveniently located. Quality of reception, staff, food and room service was outstanding.

Solid hotel. If you are going to stay in Rome for a few days, to see Rome, than this hotel can be good choice. Bus line H is going directly to Rome Termini, from where you can visit whatever you wish in Rome. Food is good, staff are friendly and willing to help, services are ok, rooms are clean and nice.

The hotel is modern and clean. The food was also good. The pool area is great for a sunny day in the city. The location is great if you are in Rome by car.

We have enjoyed our stay at the A.Roma Lifestyle hotel from the first to the last minute. Stayed here for 3 nights and i wish we could stay for many more. Starting from our arrival the people at the reception made sure we felt at home right away and even gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The room was so spacious and clean even with a small outside area. The included breakfast is also super nice, just like the lunch/dinner buffet. You ll have to try this multiple times caus there is just so much delicious food to try… I can also recomend the shuttle service, the spa and the bike rent (but using a bike in Rome might be a bit dangerous due to buisy trafic). Overall i would recomend this hotel to anyone! The hotel is big and there are a lot of guests but the staff does everything in their power to make you feel like you are the only guest there. Will be coming back here in the future. Thank you

Being there for Xmas with my family and we enjoyed everything it has to offer. Big buffet with a huge selection, covid norms followed by both staff and guests, mini club for children with a nice groups of hosts (magician, tattoos, slide, trampoline, games, music), amazing indoor pool with hot water, spa with all the treatments you may need, rooms are big and silent). The only minor thing is the temperature of the rooms at night, as a personal preference i would sleep better with a slightly lower temperature, but nothing to worry about.

Very beautiful hotel located in very quiet area. Staff is very professional and rooms are large, clean and equipped well. There is beautiful Spa center and open swimming pool available. One thing to know before booking, Spa center is open for kids only from 10-12 o'clock.
