Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma

Had a really good time in Rome in Villa Pamphili Hotel but couldnt put 5 stars. Took a suite which was nice & comfy, very clean but some finitions were broken/to repair & the bathtub drain was unable to be moved. On the last night ( middle week ), some business party was going on downstairs till midnight with a full sono/disco installation & i was told it was normal because allowed and that i had to deal with it. Guys. Come on. No commercial gesture was done on an 1K3€ overall tab. "We're sorry". If i'd wish to hear music till midnight i'd take an hotel in the center of Rome, not a room at the very end of an Hotel at the very end of a park. ( About to finally click 3 stars ) On the very bright side, the pool & rooftop are well staffed, food is fine for a 4* & some research is done there. Must add that the 'morning team' was delightfull & very kin to me. Thanks all of you little hands, by all your kind attentions you made these holidays a really good moment for me (:

Very stunning hotel and some nice staff. Annoyances were the mosquitoes, ridiculously early cleaning times for rooms and the pool being closed for more than half of our stay with no prior awareness of this as well as extra costs for ridiculous things like 5euros for spa robe, 8euros for breakfast omelette.

Nice clean room although a lit bit smaller than I thought. Swimmingpool is gorgeous with nice staffs. Rooftop restaurant is professional and welcomed. Far away from city center, transfer takes 5 euro pp one way.

Rooms were nicely renovated with spacious terrace, only the first day the room could have been cleaner, following days it was always cleaned well. Great facilities: very big pool with lot of chairs, fancy gym Very good, extensive and freshly made breakfast. Reason we’re not giving a 5 star rating is due to the location, we knew it was outside of rome center bur were a bit surprises that it’s 15 min walk to the nearest public transportation stop, shop, restaurant due to it’s location in a residential street along the park.

Thank you for the stay ! We had such a great time in Roma and I defintely recommend you to chose this Hotel. Not only for the location but also for the staff. The hotel is located in a green place 15 minutes from the Vatican and the staff is lovely and very kind. Particularly Isabella who I met every morning at the breakfast. In the course of my many travels in different countries, I have to tell that Isabella has been one the nicest member of the staff ! The breakfast is a large buffet, the atmosphere is relaxing and the food is good. Rooms are very clean. You can park at the hotel; also the hotel offers two spots for electric vehicles. The hotel offers a very nice and beautiful rooftop where you can have a dinner, however I don't recommend it. In my opinion prices are too high for the quantity you get (but the food is nice), 20€ per person and you leave it hungry. The hotel has to work on it. I was very impressed by the swimming pool ! It is 25 meters long and really well maintained. The perfect spot to lie down, either at the sun or in the shade of trees. Thank you so much for the stay I will definitely come back. Marin

**avoid this hotel unless you want to sleep in a sweat box all summer** I stayed at this hotel Friday May 13th. Upon check in service was very poor and slow. The lady at the front desk took our passports without any explanation and proceeded to make us wait 25 mins before checking us in. And even then did not explain anything about the hotel or amenities just gave us our key card. However it gets worse. The room temperature was 29.8 degrees celcius upon arriving in our room and despite turning it down to 23 degrees it would not move. I called the front desk who told me they controlled the temperature and would adjust it for me accordingly and I went on my way to dinner. Upon arriving back in my room the temperature was now 28.9 degrees still unbearable. I called down to front desk once again who now told me maintenance team had left and there was nothing they could do. Temperature all night hovered around 29 degrees celcius. The only pro was the breakfast in the morning and the free parking. I brought this issue up in morning upon checkout and the manger I believe told me they were a new hotel and working out the kinks still. Avoid this hotel is all I can say unless you want to sleep in a sweat box.

The hotel is extremely good. We spent there 3 days and completely satisfied with the provided service. The rooms are pretty clean, big enough and has very pleasant balcony where you can spend some time after the hard day of walking though a different tasty places (and not limited to them). The price completely pays off for the provided service. The interior is very modern, the lighting makes the room feel very cozy. — breakfast You can expect the food from high quality ingredients, very good variety of choices, either it’s omelette with ham, bacon and cheese, or something more sweet like cereals with homemade (hotelmade) chocolate. The bakery was not perfect, the croissants are more like a buns and the cakes has a little more flour. But still for the hotel breakfast it’s more than enough. — nature It’s located around the very big park complex, so you can feel that you breath easier than in the city full of cars. Around there’re only one two-lane road with a very little traffic, so if you like to feel yourself closer to the nature, You’d like this hot — service We had some problems visiting the SPA, because of requirements to have the Super Green Pass (it’s two doses + test, or three doses of vaccine). We booked the SPA 2 days in advance and once we arrived from the city center to the SPA, we’ve found about this requirement, so that we could have done tests (cause we have only 2 vaccines) and visit it without problems, so it was our last day in the hotel and we missed this opportunity. We were very upset, but the hotel did their best to cover their gaps in communication and saved us some time on proposing extra services for free, including late checkout and airport transfer. We’re completely satisfied with their efficient reaction on the problem and on the quality of their communication. By the way, if you’re Ukrainian-speaking, you may expect to see some Ukrainian-speaking stuff there, so that you will be more then welcomed here. — location I’d say it’s a big plus for the hotel to be located around the nature. But everything has the price and you should expect some variety of options for you to get to the historical city center: - 12 minutes by foot to Public transport - taxi - around 15€ - shuttle from hotel in the morning for about 5€ per person

The Hotel was nice and tidy, breakfast is extraordinary. We booked the Hotel because of the Pool which was announced on booking.com and the rooftop bar. Sadly, both where closed during our stay. The pool inside was open though, but costs 20 Euro per Person. Staff is very friendly..
