★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una disperazione iniziare una pratica burocratica che per loro dovrebbero essere l'ordine del giorno ( intendo chi ci lavora) ma una persona normale o anziana è un luogo di disperazione... Non vi è alcun nesso logico tra persone che vi lavorano, 4 mesi per una estumulazione inemuzione cremazione...... Ti dicono parole che nn capisci perché è un vocabolo nn usuale, ma una persona anziana sola viene risucchiato da un posto malgestito e con avvoltoi pronti a spillare soldi , non vi è pace neanche dopo la morte... A voi che lavorate lì non avete sentimenti siete cinici vi sbagliate pure a fare i conti e rubate 27 euro che nn verranno mai restituite, e vedere la disperazione negli occhi degli anziani che entrano in quello inferno dantesco.... Non ho parole, però la ruota gira .....
