★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valentina, con la sua voce rilassante, mi ha fatto apprezzare questa tipologia di yoga più dinamico che non conoscevo. Mi sento assolutamente di consigliarlo non fosse altro per rimanere in forma ed essere piú sereni con voi stessi.
Valentina, with her relaxing voice, made me appreciate this type of more dynamic yoga that I didn't know. I absolutely recommend it if it were nothing else to stay in shape and be more relaxed with yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questa scuola mi sono trovata davvero bene. L'ambiente è molto pulito e Valentina è un'ottima insegnante, competente e affabile. Mi sento di consigliare questa scuola anzitutto ai principianti poiché io stessa ho iniziato a praticare yoga qui, tuttavia i corsi sono adatti anche a chi ha raggiunto livelli avanzati.
I found myself really well in this school. The environment is very clean and Valentina is an excellent teacher, competent and friendly. I would recommend this school primarily for beginners as I myself have started practicing yoga here, however the courses are also suitable for those who have reached advanced levels.
